  1. 2 Handful of Multigrain

  2. 1 (Large) Avocado

  3. 1 (Medium size) Onion, (Chopped)

  4. 1 (Roma) Tomato, (Chopped)

  5. 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

  6. (Dash of ) Black Pepper Powder

  7. (Dash of )Salt

  8. 1 Tsp Lemon Juice

  9. 2 Tbsp Cilantro Leaves

  10. 1 Tbsp (Vegennaise or) Mayonnaise (Opt)

  1. Cook Pasta Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions. Once it done, drain the water and rinse it well with cold water to avoid stickiness. Keep this aside.

  2. Prepare avocado Sauce Chop onions and tomatoes into a small pieces and set aside.

  3. Add avocado to a bowl, then use a fork or spoon to mash into chunky paste. Add chopped onion, tomato, garlic powder, lemon juice, cilantro, salt and pepper. For extra creaminess, add vegennaise to it, mix well. Taste it and adjust salt and pepper accordingly.
