  1. Salad:

  2. 1/2-1 Chinese cabbage or savoy cabbage , shredded finely

  3. 6 green onions / shallots / spring onions , chopped

  4. 100g lightly roasted slivered almonds or pine nuts

  5. 100g fried noodles

  6. Dressing:

  7. 1/4 cup white vinegar

  8. 1/4 cup castor sugar

  9. 1 tbsp soy sauce

  10. 2 tsp sesame oil

  11. 1/2 cup olive oil

  1. Combine all dressing inreds in a suacepan and stir well ove low heat til sugar is dissolved. Cool Toss cabbage, green onions and almonds in a salad bowl Add dressing and mix well Just before serving, add noodles and toss thoroughly To make this even better- add shredded bbq chicken or bbq pork
