  1. 4 cups cooked cubed potatoes , mashed

  2. 1/4 cup milk

  3. 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

  4. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

  5. 6 oz. VELVEETA® , cut up, divided

  6. 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

  1. BEAT potatoes, milk and butter until fluffy. Stir in chives and half of the VELVEETA.

  2. SPOON into 1-quart casserole; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  3. BAKE at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Top with remaining VELVEETA; bake an additional 5 minutes or until VELVEETA begins to melt.
