  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds whole red chilly, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds, whole garlic, green chilly, curry leaves, onion paste, turmeric, cook for some time add ginger garlic paste, once this masala is cooked add chilly powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, tomato puree, add water, and tamarind juice, cook for 30 minutes, and add fish put the lid on and cook for 5 minutes in a slow flame.
