  14. 1 bag your favorite thick-cut steak fries

  15. 3 cups shredded green cabbage (about 3/4 lb.)

  16. 1/2 small white onion

  17. 2-1/2 lb. onions (yes, pounds!!)

  18. 3 cloves garlic

  19. 3 Tbs. finely chopped pickled jalapeno chiles

  20. 1-1/2 tsp. habanero chile

  21. 8 green leaf lettuce leaves

  22. 1-1/2 lbs. baby carrots (you have to shred some carrots, but make it easy on yourself and just get babies, you need carrots for a total of 3 recipes this week)

  24. 1 red bell pepper

  25. 2 lbs. crookneck yellow squash

  26. 1 cup pineapple

  27. 1/2 cup (plus a few Tbs.) pineapple juice

  28. 1 peach 1 lemon

  29. 20 (plus a big handful) fresh basil leaves (fresh! fresh! fresh!)

  30. 2 tsp. kosher salt

  32. pepper (plenty, fresh ground if possible!)

  52. 12 kaiser rolls (you need hamburger buns or potato rolls for 1 recipe and kaiser rolls for another, make it easy on yourself and just get 12 kaiser rolls , if you don't want to spend that much money, just get 4 kaisers and the rest regular hamburger buns )

  56. 1/2 Tbs. worcestershire sauce

  57. 1 cup EVOO ( extra-virgin olive oil )

  58. 1/2 cup olive oil

  59. 4 Tbs. vegetable or canola oil

  60. 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  61. 2 cups cornmeal

  62. 1 tsp. baking powder

  63. 1 1/2 Tbs. red wine vinegar

  64. 4 Tbs. white wine vinegar (there is 1 recipe that gives you a choice of white wine or cider vinegar , if you choose cider, you only need 1 Tbs. white)

  65. 4-1/2 Tbs. cider vinegar (if you use white wine vinegar in the 1 recipe {SEE ABOVE}, you only need 1-1/2 Tbs. cider)

  66. 4-1/2 Tbs. Dijon mustard

  67. 1-1/2 cups ketchup

  68. 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce

  69. 4 cups beef stock

  70. 1 Tbs. granulated sugar

  71. 1 Tbs. (packed) dark brown sugar

  72. 1/2 to 3/4 cup light brown sugar
