  1. 2 lbs beef chuck roast cubed

  2. 1 x salt and black pepper to taste

  3. 2 teaspoons garlic powder

  4. 1 can soup, cream of mushroom

  5. 1 can soup, cream of onion

  6. 2 cans water

  7. 6 servings rice, cooked hot*

  1. Combine all ingredients in large roaster or Dutch oven ; mix well.

  2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 3 hours or until beef is tender.

  3. Serve over hot, cooked rice.
