  2. 1/2 cup 164g / 5.8oz Pure maple syrup

  3. 1/4 cup 49g / 1.7oz Butter - ( pure cow)

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Corn oil

  5. 1/2 cup 118ml Orange juice

  6. 1/2 cup 118ml Good cider vinegar

  7. 1 cup 237ml Good bourbon

  8. 3/4 cup 177ml Catsup

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Fresh minced garlic

  10. 2 Yellow onions minced

  11. 1/4 cup 40g / 1.4oz Dark brown sugar

  12. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  1. Try this on your pork, it good also to eat on bread or red beans Mixed all together and let cook on low heat for about 1/2 hour to 1 hour.

  2. Taste add red pepper, black pepper & salt to your taste.

  3. Let set over night and reheat before serving.
