  2. 4 teaspoons Curry powder

  3. 4 teaspoons Minced fresh ginger

  4. 1 tablespoon Minced garlic

  5. 1 pounds Lean ground beef

  6. 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  7. 4 cups Cauliflower florets

  8. 3 cups Finely chopped zucchini

  9. 1 pack Frozen peas;

  11. 1 cup Chicken broth

  12. 1 pounds Gnocchi; cooked according to

  14. cup Chopped fresh mint

  1. Heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in curry powder, ginger and garlic; cook 30 seconds. Stir in ground beef and salt; cook, stirring, until browned. Add cauliflower, zucchini, peas and chicken broth.

  2. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender, 10 minutes. Toss with hot gnocchi and mint in serving bowl. Makes 6 servings.
