  3. 30 Garlic - minced

  4. 4 Minced clams

  5. 4 cups 250g / 8.8oz Peeled and chopped tomatoes

  6. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Finely chopped carrots

  7. 2 cups 220g / 7.8oz Finely chopped celery

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Dry mustard

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Oregano

  11. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  12. 4 Bay leaves

  13. 1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24oz Shrimp

  14. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Scallops

  15. 2 Beef broth

  16. 2 Chicken broth

  17. 4 Water

  18. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Cut bite size haddock

  19. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Cut bite size cod

  1. Saute onion, garlic, olive oil in heavy pan until golden.

  2. Add clams, tomatoes, carrots, celery, broth, water and spices. Simmer for about 1 hour.

  3. Add fish and scallops. Let come to a boil.

  4. Add shrimp. Let it come to a boil until fish flakes with a fork.
