  1. 32 ounces chickpeas --

  3. 1 clove garlic

  4. 1/2 cup whole wheat flour

  5. 1 tablespoon seasoning salt

  6. 3 dashes tabasco

  7. 4 flat greek syle pitas

  8. 1/2 cup tahini

  9. **TAHINI**

  10. 1/2 cup tahini paste

  11. 1 teaspoon garlic salt

  12. 1 teaspoon lemon salt

  13. 1 teaspoon vinegar

  14. 1/2 cup italian dressing

  15. Grind all ingredients for Falafel in a food processor until it is a course meal and holds together when formed in balls (Add more flour if too watery) Deep fry falafel balls in oil. Steam pitas (I do this in the microwave with a mug of water)

  16. 1/2 cup tahini paste,

  17. 1 tsp garlic salt,

  18. 1tsp lemon salt,

  19. 1tsp vinegar and 1/2 cup italian dressing in food processor until liquified (if too thick add water)

  20. 3balls

  21. Serves: 4
