  1. 4 large jacket potatoes (already cooked and left to cool for 5 minutes)

  2. 2 big handfuls of grated cheese

  3. dash of milk

  4. small scoop of margarine or butter

  5. 4 small pinches of sea salt

  1. Once the potatoes have cooled down from coming out the oven, cut each one in half and scoop out the insides.

  2. Mash the potato until it is no longer lumpy. Add the cheese, and stir for 30 seconds. Then add the margarine or butter and stir until it has melted.

  3. Now add the milk and stir until all of the added ingredients are no longer visible (the cheese and butter should have melted).

  4. Now scoop the potato mixture and divide back into the potato skins, then they are ready to eat!
