  1. 680 g ground beef

  2. 2 cups bran flake cereal

  3. 1/3 cup finely chopped onion

  4. 1 large egg

  5. 2/3 cup tomato juice

  6. 1 1/2 tsp. salt

  7. 1/2 tsp. dried basil

  8. 1/8 tsp. pepper

  9. 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Coat 2 shallow baking pans with cooking spray. Combine the ground beef, bran flakes, onion, egg, tomato juice, salt, basil, pepper and Worcestershire in a large bowl and mix well. Scoop tablespoonfuls of the meat mixture and shape into balls. Place the mini meatballs on the prepared pans and bake about 12 to 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
