  1. 1 lb. chicken breast cut into 1 inch pieces

  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  3. 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  4. 1/4 teaspoon salt

  5. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  6. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  7. 1 cup mushroom , sliced

  8. 1/4 cup onion , chopped

  9. 2 tablespoons dry sherry

  10. 1 can cream of chicken soup

  11. 1/4 cup green pepper s, sliced thin

  12. 1/4 cup red pepper s, sliced thin

  13. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated

  14. 1 pound linguine , cooked

  1. In large skillet, heat olive oil. When oil is hot, add garlic, chicken, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cook until chicken is browned.

  2. Remove and set aside.

  3. In hot drippings, cook mushrooms and onion until tender. Add sherry and soup. Heat through, stirring often. Add chicken and peppers.

  4. Cover; simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  5. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve over hot cooked pasta.
