  1. 4 cups 948ml Ground cooked partridge

  2. 1 cup 237ml Milk

  3. 1 cup 237ml Bird or chicken stock

  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons 7 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion - minced (small)

  6. 2 Eggs - beaten

  7. 2 cups 292g / 10oz Soft bread crumbs

  8. Sliced tomatoes - for serving

  9. Parsley - for serving

  1. Mix all ingredients and pour into a greased 8-cup pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, or until firm and lightly browned. Unmold and serve hot with sliced tomatoes and parsley.
