  1. 350 g 2 pcs

  2. Fine Shrimp Sauce

  3. 1 tbsp Beaten egg

  4. 1/2 pc Sugar

  5. 1 tsp Dipping Sauce

  6. Chili Garlic Sauce

  7. 1 tsp 1 tsp Sugar

  8. 2 tsp Corn starch

  9. 1 tbsp Water

  10. 125 ml Diced bell pepper

  11. 1 tbsp

  1. Mix fish fillet with marinade.

  2. Bring dipping sauce to the boil. Set aside.

  3. Dust fish fillet with corn starch. Pan-fry fish fillet in oil until golden yellow and done. Put on a serving plate. Sprinkle with chopped roasted peanuts. Serve with dipping sauce and fresh vegetables.
