  1. 6 piece(s) Boneless skinless chicken breast , Ask your butcher to debone and ground

  2. 4 large garlic cloves

  3. 2 tablespoon(s) fennel seed

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) oregano

  5. 1 tablespoon(s) Luzianne Cajun Spice , Cracked Black Pepper 1 teaspoon(s) onion powder

  6. 3 tablespoon(s) Capers

  7. 1 small Sweet Red Bellpepper

  8. 1/4 cup(s) Etra Virgin Olive Oil

  9. 1 medium Egg

  10. 2 tablespoon(s) Seasoned Bread Crumbs

  11. 1 package(s) Large Sesame Burger Bun , Onion rolls can be substituted for sesame buns

  12. 6 slice(s) Smoked Cheddar Cheese , Cheese should be slice

  13. 1/2 inch thick

  1. Put ground chicken in to mixing bowl and add spices mix well and set aside. Finely dice the onion and bellpeper and add to meat mixture. Add, olive oil, capers and bread crumbs and mix well. Separately beat the egg well then add to the meat mixture. When well mix cover with saran wrap and chill for twenty minutes.

  2. Dry toast buns on grill and set to the side.

  3. Remove meat mixture from refrigerator and form in 1/2 lb burgers. Set aside for ten minutes while preparing the grill. Brush the grill with canola oil then grill the burgers until nearly done. Place one slice atop each burger. When the cheese melts and the burger is done place on buns and garnish to taste.

  4. Serve with oven roasted herb potato wedges, trimmings, and condiment accompanied by a cool tap brew and delie style ksher dill pickes.
