  1. Margarine / butter (melted) : 1/2 cup

  2. Granulated Sugar : 1/3 cup

  3. Cocoa powder : 1/2 cup

  4. Milk : 1/4 cup

  5. Vanilla extract : 1tsp.

  6. Chopped nuts : 1/2 cup

  1. Plain Chocolate Fudge :

  2. Method:

  3. * Place butter, sugar, cocoa powder and milk in a microwave safe bowl. Mix them briskly.

  4. * Microwave in high or 100% power for 3-4 mins. Take out and stir until smooth. The mixture will thicken a bit(see in the image below).

  5. * Add vanilla and nuts, mix well again.

  6. * Grease some plate and pour the mixture. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until hard. Cut into 1" square and serve.

  7. Oat Chocolate Fudge :

  8. For this version, just add quick rolled oats with vanilla and nuts. rest follow the same procedure.
