  3. 1 can anchovies -- (2 ounces) drain

  4. 1 centiliter garlic -- mince

  5. 2 small red chili pepper -- chop

  6. 2/3 cup black olives -- chop

  7. 3 leaves basil -- chop

  8. 3 tablespoons parsley -- mince

  9. 12 ounces marinara sauce

  10. 2 tablespoons capers -- drain

  11. penne pasta; cook -- drain

  1. In olive oil sauté‚anchovies until dissolved; add garlic, chili pepper and olives. Sauté‚a few minutes. Add basil, parsley and marinara. Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. Serve over penne.
