  5. 1/2 cup chopped, seeded, peeled cucumber s

  6. 3 cloves garlic , minced

  7. 3 Tbsp. olive oil

  8. 3 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro

  9. 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

  10. 1 pkg. (8 oz.) ATHENOS Traditional Feta Cheese , crumbled
