  4. 1/2 bottle Coconut milk

  5. 150 ml

  1. Stir-fry assorted seafood in 2 tbsp oil until done. Add bell peppers and stir well.

  2. Put rice on a baking dish. Pour seafood and sauce mix on top. Bake at 190C/375F hot oven for 10-15 minutes.
