  1. Mix chicken with marinade.

  2. Alternate all ingredients on bamboo skewers.

  3. Heat 3 tbsp oil. Pan-fry or barbecue chicken kebabs over hot charcoal until golden yellow and done. Brush with remaining marinade from time to time.
