  1. 3 large pork chops , thick-cut 1 small celery , small diced

  2. 1 small onion , small diced

  3. 1 whole(s) butter , melted

  4. 1/2 fresh bread cubes

  5. 1 parsley , chopped

  6. 1/2 salt and pepper

  7. 1 white stock

  8. 1 olive oil

  9. 1 demi-glaze

  1. Cut pockets in the chops, Saute the celery and onion with remaining butter and bread cubes, parsley,salt and pepper. Add enough stock to moisten dressing. Stuff the mixture into each pork chop. Seal pockets tooth picks. Heat olive oil, brown chops well on each sideee. Add demi-glaze, Simmer, Cover 325 degrees. Cook 45 minutes
