  1. 8 oz 227g Cream cheese - cut in bits

  2. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Parmesan cheese - grated

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine

  4. 1/2 cup 118ml Milk

  5. 8 oz 227g Fettuccine; cook - drain

  1. In large saucepan combine cream cheese, Parmesan, butter and milk, stirring constantly until smooth.

  2. Toss pasta lightly with sauce, coating well. Leftovers freeze well.
