  1. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Chocolate wafer crumbs

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Margarine - melted

  3. 24 oz 681g Cream cheese - softened

  4. 3/4 cup 148g / 5 1/5oz Sugar

  5. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Unbleached all-purpose flour

  6. 3 cups 594g / 20oz Eggs (large)

  7. 1/2 cup 118ml Sour cream

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Vanilla

  9. 1 cup 237ml Mini semisweet chips

  1. Combine crumbs and margarine; press onto bottom of 9-inch Springform pan.

  2. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes.

  3. Combine cream cheese, sugar and flour, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

  4. Blend in sour cream and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips and pour into crust.

  5. Bake at 350F for 55 minutes.

  6. Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan. Chill.

  7. Garnish with whipped cream and fresh mint leaves, if desired.
