  2. Pie:

  3. 1 cup canned solid-pack pumpkin

  4. 1 cup apple butter

  5. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  6. 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

  7. 1/4 tsp. ground ginger

  8. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

  9. 1/4 tsp. salt

  10. 3 large eggs, beaten to blend

  11. 1 cup evaporated milk

  12. one 9 inch prepared pie shell

  13. Topping:

  14. 3 tbsp. butter, softened

  15. 1/2 cup all purpose flour

  16. 1/3 cup brown sugar

  17. 1/3 cup chopped pecans

  1. For Pie:

  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix together pumpkin, apple butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, salt, eggs and milk. Pour into pie shell and bake 50 to 60 minutes until a knife comes out clean, covering crust edges with foil if browning too quickly. Sprinkle topping over and bake an additional 15 minutes.

  3. For Topping:

  4. Stir together butter, flour, sugar and pecans to form coarse crumbs.
