  1. 1 lb. hamburger, turkey or meat substitute

  2. 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

  3. 1 dozen flour tortillas

  4. 2 cans kidney beans

  5. 2 cans chili (I use low fat)

  6. 2 cans enchilada sauce

  7. 2 cans cream of whatever soup

  8. 2 pkgs taco seasoning

  9. 1/2 c. onion

  10. 1/2 c. water. Simmer til water is just about all gone. Set Aside. Mix soup,chili and enchilada sauce and taco seasoning and spoon enough into a

  11. 9x13" pan to barely cover the bottom. Now, fill tortillas with meat and bean mixture and put seam side down in pan. When all tortillas are filled, spoon remaining sauce over them. This fills one

  13. 9" square pan, which I freeze for later. Bake at

  14. 350 F for about 35 minutes or til hot and bubbly.
