  2. And large sprouts halved

  3. 1 Garlic head - cleaned

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Fresh thyme leaves

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  6. Kosher salt - to taste

  7. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Put Brussels sprouts, whole garlic cloves, thyme, and olive oil together in a bowl. Toss to combine, and season with the salt and pepper, to taste.

  3. Empty the bowl onto a shallow baking pan and roast until tender and edges just start to brown, about 35 minutes.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
