  1. Serves 4-6 1 lb. penne pasta

  2. 1 lb boneless/skiness chicken breasts, cut into small pieces

  3. 2 tsp. oil, divided

  4. 1 tsp. each of black pepper, garlic powder, paprika

  5. 1 cup bbq sauce (your choice)

  6. 1 tsp. hot sauce

  7. 1 cup sliced celery

  8. 1/2 cup red onion chopped

  9. 1/2 cup blue cheese dressing

  10. 1/2 cup heavy duty mayonaise

  11. 1/2 cup milk

  12. 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese

  13. Prepare pasta per package directions. While pasta is cooking combine paprika, salt, garlic powder and pepper and sprinkle generously on chicken, stirring to coat. Add 1 tsp of oil in large skillet and heat over medium-high heat. Add chicken to skillet and saute, stirring frequently until chicken is golden brown and cooked through.

  14. When pasta is done, drain and put back in pan.

  15. Add hot sauce to bbq sauce and spread over chicken, and cook for one minute. Remove chicken and any sauce and place in pasta pan stirring to coat.

  16. In skillet (where you cooked the chicken) add 1 tsp oil and cook onions and celery until soft (about 2 minutes.)

  17. Combine mayo, salad dressing and milk in small bowl. Add to veggies in skillet. Heat to warm and pour all into pasta pan. Stirring to coat all. Sprinkle with blue cheese and serve.
