  1. 2 cups oats

  2. 4 cups water

  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar

  4. 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  5. 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  6. 1 apple , diced

  7. 1 cup raisins (I used dates because I don't like raisins)

  8. 1/2 cup chopped nuts

  1. Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray.

  2. Combine all ingredients, cover and cook on low setting overnight (around 8 hours).
