  1. for Salmon with Tomato Sauce

  2. 1-1 1/3 lb (500-600 g) salmon

  3. 200 g tomato paste or grated tomatoes

  4. 25 g capers

  5. 3 parsley stalks

  6. 2 garlic cloves

  7. 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil

  8. Salt to taste

  1. of Salmon with Tomato Sauce Wash, scale and cut salmon into pieces.

  2. Sauté finely chopped garlic in olive oil until golden.

  3. Add finely chopped parsley, pour in grated tomatoes and cook for 2-3 minutes.

  4. Then add capers and fish pieces.

  5. Season with salt to taste but remember that capers are salty.

  6. Cover and simmer over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

  7. Cook each side of the fish for 8-10 minutes.

  8. Sprinkle with chopped greens and serve immediately.
