  1. 2 c Chopped cooked turkey

  2. 1 Garlic clove, minced

  3. 1 md Onion, chopped

  4. 1 Sweet green pepper, chopped

  5. 17 oz Can red kidney beans

  6. 6 oz Can tomato paste

  7. 28 oz Can tomatoes

  8. 1 Bay leaf

  9. 1 tb Chili powder (or 2 to taste)

  10. 1/2 ts Cumin seeds

  1. Combine the turkey, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a nonstick skillet.

  2. Saute until the vegetables are soft. Add the remaining ingredients and cover. Simmer over low heat for 30 to 60 minutes or until the flavors are blended.
