  1. Directions Chicken Curry Direction Sautee Onion, ginger, garlic and tomato paste very slowly. Then add the cumin seed, corriander seed, chilli powder and turmeric powder.

  2. Add the chicken and sautee on low flame for some time.

  3. Add some water and close the pressure cooker. Cook for about 30 minutes until the chicken softens.

  4. Spinach Dish Direction Sautee onions in a skillet until they are caramalized.

  5. Add ginger and garlic.. Then add the fresh spianch ( after washing and drying)

  6. Puree all the ingredients.

  7. Then add cheese cubes to the spinach puree.

  8. Aubergine Direction Roast the aubergine over flame (with the skin on)

  9. Sautee onions, add chopped ginger and garlic. Add some chopped tomatoes and cook until the tomatoes soften.

  10. Peel off the skin of aubergine and mash its flesh.

  11. Add the mashed aubergine to the sauteed onions.

  12. Granish with chopped corriander leaves.

  13. Fried Cauliflower Direction In a deep skillet pop some cumin seeds in oil.

  14. Add some chopped ginger, garlic, chilli powder and some turmeric powder.

  15. Then add the cauliflower pieces into the skillet.
