  2. 2 garlic cloves, minced

  3. DRESSING:

  4. 1/4 cup olive oil

  5. 1 tablespoon cider or red wine vinegar

  6. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  7. 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  8. 1 tablespoon snipped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon

  9. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  10. 1/8 teaspoon pepper
