  3. 2 cups fresh corn, cut from cob

  4. 3 medium tomatoes, peeled and cubed

  5. 4 small yellow squash, sliced

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 3/4 teaspoon dried whole oregano

  8. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  1. Directions Saute onion in butter in a Dutch oven.

  2. Add remaining ingredients; cover and cook over medium heat 15 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
