  1. 8 oz 227g Lean ground beef

  2. 1/4 Green bell pepper minced

  3. 1/4 Onion minced

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Dry bread crumbs

  5. 1/4 cup 59ml Nonfat yogurt

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Thyme

  7. 1 teaspoon 5ml Worcestershire sauce

  8. 1 cup 237ml Skim milk

  9. 1 teaspoon 5ml Beef bouillon

  10. 2 tablespoons 30ml Sherry

  11. 2 tablespoons 30ml Flour

  1. Mix together the beef, vegetables, breadcrumbs, yogurt, thyme and Worcestershire sauce.

  2. Form into meatballs.

  3. Cook in a covered skillet over medium flame, turning carefully to brown.

  4. Remove meatballs from skillet and set aside. Pour milk into skillet and bring to a boil.

  5. Add bouillon and cook until dissolved.

  6. Dissolve flour in sherry and add a bit at a time until gravy is thickened.

  7. Return meatballs to gravy and cook until heated through. Serve over noodles.
