  2. 1/2 cup sliced red onion s

  3. 4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese , cubed

  4. 1 Tbsp. fat-free milk

  5. 1/4 tsp. each Salt and pepper

  6. 2 pkg. (6 oz. each) baby spinach leaves

  1. HEAT oil in medium saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min. or until crisp-tender.

  2. STIR in Neufchatel, milk and seasonings; cook on low heat 1 to 2 min. or until Neufchatel is melted and sauce is well blended.

  3. ADD 1/3 of the spinach; cook 2 min. or just until wilted, stirring frequently. Add remaining spinach in batches, cooking and stirriing 1 to 2 min. after each addition.
