  7. 1 cloves garlic - Crushed

  8. 1/2 Teaspoon cumin

  9. 1 Teaspoon salt

  10. 1 1/2 Teaspoon black pepper

  11. 1/4 Teaspoon poppy seeds

  12. 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder

  13. 5 Packets sugar substitute (Splenda)
