    3. 1 Head of Cabbage

    4. 1T Ketchup

    5. I carrot grated

    6. salt to taste

    7. Rye Bread

    2. Cook pork chop until almost dissolved - add carrot, then add cabbage and ketchup. Serve with a good rye bread
