  3. cup 1 cumin seeds

  4. tsp 1 curry leaves

  5. 7-8 eggs boiled

  6. 8 garam masala

  7. tsp 1/2 garlic

  10. oz 1 green chillies

  11. 3-4 hot water

  12. cup 1 oil

  13. tbsp 1 onion

  14. 1 salt

  15. to taste tomatoes

  1. heat the oil in a pan, fry the onion till light brown,then add the garlic, ginger,cumin seeds,seasoning and the tomatoes,cook till the oil separates.keep sprinkling water in case the mixture sticks to the bottom of the pan.

  2. then add the eggs, curry leaves and the water; let it simmer on low heat till the gravy thickness.

  3. add the coconut milk,green chillies and the garam masala cook for another five minutes.or till the gravy thickness further to the desired consistency.

  4. serve hot with boiled rice.
