  1. 350 g Assorted seafood

  2. 200 g Bean sprouts

  3. 90 g 50 g

  4. 2 tbsp Sauce Mix

  5. Seasoned Soy Sauce for Seafood

  6. 4 tbsp Premium Oyster Sauce

  7. 1 tbsp Sugar

  8. 1 tbsp

  1. Parboil assorted seafood in boiling water. Drain.

  2. Saute black pepper sauce in 3 tbsp oil until fragrant. Add assorted seafood, yellow chives, bean sprouts and stir-fry until done. Add rice noodles and stir well.

  3. Pour in sauce mix. Stir well until heated through.
