  2. 6 ounces yolk-free egg noodles (half a bag)

  3. 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup

  4. 10 3/4 ounces 98% fat free condensed cream of celery soup

  5. 1 (11 ounce) can white shoepeg corn

  6. 1/4 cup 1% low-fat milk (more or less depending on how creamy you like it)

  7. 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  8. 1/2 teaspoon salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
