  1. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chopped garlic

  2. 3/4 cup 46g / 1.6oz Diced onion

  3. 1/4 cup 27g / 1oz Diced celery

  4. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Salt

  5. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Cayenne pepper

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Paprika

  7. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Dry mustard

  8. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Worcestershire sauce

  9. 12 oz 340g Condensed cream of mushroom soup

  10. 1/2 cup 118ml Condensed cream of celery soup

  11. 1 cup 237ml Water

  12. 1/2 lb 227g / 8oz Crawfish meat

  13. 1/2 lb cubed chicken breast or Lb raw shrimp, peeled, tails removed)

  14. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sliced green onions

  15. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped fresh parsley

  16. 3 cups 480g / 16oz Joe's Crab Shack's Rice Pilaf - (see recipe)

  1. Sautee garlic, onion, celery, and green pepper in butter until soft. Stir in spices, soups, water, and meat of your choice.

  2. Bring to simmer and continue cooking until meat is cooked through. Stir in green onion and parsley.

  3. Scoop 1/2 cup Rice Pilaf into center of 6 bowls or soup plates. Pour etouffee over rice.

  4. This recipe yields 6 servings.
