  1. 4 egg whites

  2. 1 can condensed milk

  3. 1/3 c. Key lime juice (or other lime juice)

  4. Few drops green food color (light green)

  1. Beat the yolk of 4 eggs and the white of 1 until thick. Add the condensed milk and beat again. Add lime juice and few drops of green food color (a drop at a time until it is light green). Beat until thick. Beat the remaining egg whites and fold into mixture. Pour into baked pie shell.

  2. Separate 2 egg whites and beat with 2 tablespoons sugar until stiff and forms into peaks. Spread on pie and bake in oven until meringue is brown.
