  1. 1 can (8oz) tomato sauce

  2. cup Packed brown sugar

  3. cup Vinegar

  4. 1 teaspoon Dry mustard

  5. 2 pounds Lean ground beef

  6. 2 Eggs, beaten

  7. 1 cup Oats

  8. 1 medium Chopped onion

  9. 1 medium Cholled green pepper

  10. 1 1/2 teaspoon Salt

  11. 1 teaspoon Pepper

  12. 1 teaspoon Poultry seasoning

  13. 1 teaspoon Dried parsley

  1. SAUCE MEATLOAF Combine sauce ingredients; divide in half and set aside.

  2. Combine meatloafa ingredients and half sauce. Bake at 350F. an hour.

  3. Remove and drain. Pour remaining sauce over and bake another 20 minutes or so until no pink remains.
