    1. 1/4 c Butter

    2. 1/4 c Flour

    3. 2 c Milk

    4. 1/2 t Salt

    5. 1/8 t Pepper

    6. 2 ea Egg yolks

    7. 1 T Whipping cream

    8. 1/4 c Swiss cheese

    1. In microwave melt butter, add flour, stir until smooth, 1 minute.

    2. Gradually add milk.

    3. Beat egg yolks, add whipping cream.

    4. Gradually add hot mixture.

    5. Add cheese at the end.
