  1. 4 Chicken Breasts (pounded thin)

  2. 2 cup(s) Light Sour Cream

  3. 3/4 cup(s) Lemon Juice , Freshly squeezed is always better

  4. 2 tablespoon(s) Paprika , Sweet if you like mild food or smokey for some kick

  5. 1 1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil , for Marinade

  6. 1/4 cup(s) Olive Oil , for Cooking

  7. 2 tablespoon(s) Kosher Salt

  8. 1 tablespoon(s) Black Pepper , Freshly Cracked is always better

  9. 3 tablespoon(s) Minced Garlic

  10. 4 cup(s) Panko Breadcrumbs

  1. Combine all ingredients except panko bread crumbs in a zip top bag (reserving 3 tbsp. of olive oil for cooking), and allow to sit for at least 2 hours, maximum of 6 hours.

  2. After chicken has marinated for 2-6 hours, remove the chicken pieces from the zip top bag and lightly shake to remove some of the excess marinade, and dredge in the bread crumbs.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium heat with the remaining olive oil and cook chicken for 3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and completely cooked through.

  4. Serve immediately
