  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Water

  2. 1/4 cup 59ml Lemon juice

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Olive oil

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Freshly-chopped basil

  5. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Freshly-chopped parsley

  6. 4 teaspoons 20ml Minced garlic

  7. Sea salt - to taste

  8. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. In a small bowl, place all of the ingredients, season to taste with salt and pepper, and whisk well to combine. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator.

  2. Use as a marinade or dressing, or to add flavor to sauces, salads, grains, or other side dishes.

  3. This recipe yields 1 cup.
