  1. 1/4 cup butter , softened

  2. 1 cup sugar

  3. 1 cup mashed fully ripe banana s (about 3)

  4. 1 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

  5. 2 egg s

  6. 2-1/4 cups flour

  7. 1-1/2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder

  8. 1/2 tsp. baking soda

  9. 1/2 tsp. salt

  10. 1 cup chopped PLANTERS Walnuts

  11. 1/3 cup flour

  12. 3 Tbsp. sugar

  13. 3 Tbsp. cold butter

  1. HEAT oven to 350ºF.

  2. BEAT 1/4 cup butter and 1 cup sugar in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Add bananas, sour cream and eggs; mix well. Combine next 4 ingredients; add to banana mixture. Stir just until moistened. Stir in nuts.

  3. POUR into greased and floured 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  4. MIX 1/3 cup flour and 3 Tbsp. sugar in medium bowl. Cut in 3 Tbsp. butter with pastry blender or 2 knives until mixture forms coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over batter.

  5. BAKE 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 min.; remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely. Refrigerate leftovers.
