  1. 2/3 cup 106g / 3.7oz Black beans - cooked until

  2. Tender and drained

  3. 1/2 Cilantro - chopped

  4. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Corn

  5. 1/3 cup 48g / 1.7oz Red bell peppers - seeded diced

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  7. 1 Lime - juiced

  8. 2 Tabasco sauce or to taste

  9. Salt to taste

  10. Pepper to taste

  1. Dice the red peppers the same size as the beans.

  2. In a medium bowl place all of the ingredients and stir them together.

  3. Let the relish sit for 1 hour before serving it.
