  1. 11 Egg Whites

  2. 1 1/2 c Sugar

  3. 1 c Flour

  4. 1 ts Cream Of Tartar

  5. 1/8 ts Salt

  6. 1 ts Vanilla

  1. Sift the dry ingredients together 4 times.

  2. Beat the egg whites until dry.

  3. Fold dry ingredients into eggs.

  4. Add flavoring and bake at 250F for 1 hour.

  5. This cake should be baked in an ungreased angel food pan.
